Flashings / Trims
Plain Ridge Cap
Ridge cap is a flashing which covers the ridge line of any ‘A’ type building. The intersection of adjacent sloping roof along the length of the building is termed as Ridge Line. It is made from plain sheet to the required shape and Colour. The maximum length is 3.5 meters. It is used for trapezoidal, tile and corrugation profiles.
Profile Ridge Cap
This is designed for HI-RIB and FLEXI trapezoidal profiles. It is made respective trapezoidal profile and crimped to required roof slope. The maximum length (effective) is 1 meter. Fixing of ridge cap is very easy and it gives complete sealing of ridge line.
Barge Cap
This flashing is used to cover the intersection of roof and gable cladding sheets. It is designed for trapezoidal profile sheets for 3.5 meters maximum length
Corner Trim
Corner Trim covers the intersection of wall cladding sheets at all corners. It is designed for trapezoidal profile sheets having maximum length as 3.5 meters.
L - Flashing
It is a versatile flashing suitable for all the roofing profiles. It can be used as ridge cap or corner trims or barge cap. It is simple and easy to use. The maximum length is 3.5 meters to customized widths.
Apron Flashing / Drip Trim
It deflects the water away and generally comes at the bottom of wall cladding sheets. The maximum length is 3.5 meters.
Rain Water
Eave Gutter
Gutters are the trough that channels water from the roof to the downpipes. It is an accessory where rain water harvesting system is designed for building. Variety of shapes for eave gutters are in standard and customized design. The maximum length can be up to 3.5 meters.
Valley Gutter
Valley gutters are generally used in multi gabled buildings. It is available in variety of shapes in standard and customized design. The maximum length can be up to 3.5 meters.
End Cap
End Caps prevent the water spilling through the Gutter ends. Generally a pair (left & right) end caps is used for a gutter line and the same is fixed with silicone sealant or self adhesive butyl tapes.
Nozzle Cap
It is an accessory which conveys water from the gutter to downpipe. It is fixed to the gutter floor with suitable sealant. It is cylindrical in shape and made from the same roofing material.
Down Pipe or Down Spout
Downpipes carry the water from the gutter to the ground or water harvesting point. The cross section can be rectangle or square and made to maximum length of 3.5 meters.
Down Pipe - Shoe
This accessory is used to change the direction of water flow. It is generally used at the end of downpipes. It is available in different angle as required by the customer (‘L’ or ‘S’ type shoes).
Ventilation
Louver Blade
These louver blades shall be fixed directly to the grits and sub grits to provide the fresh air circulation in the building and at the same time it prevents the rain water entering in to the building. The maximum blade length is 3.5 meters.
Louver Window
Louver blades assembled inside a metal frame is called as louver windows. This is also designed for air circulation and it prevents the rain water entering in to the building. It can be used in tandem for the Ridge ventilation and side walls.
